portal issues

I'm having issues with the portal. I keep gettin an error message of "unreachable address." I can ascess through the app on my iphone and ipad. I have changed settings for my router to allow forwarding. Any ideas? I do have the older wifi without the button on it. I purchased everything 2 years ago and just setup last week. Don't know if that makes a difference.

If you go to http://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/ and check on port 2000, does it say open?

just checked and it says it is closed.

Go into your router and set port 2000 to forward to your wifi ip and test again.

I'm having same problem but when I test my portal it is open. I can access it through my iphone app but not on portal page. Says unreachable address. Can anyone help?

check your wan address is the same as what you have in portal

this page tells you what ur wan ip is - up in the right hand corner of page
this page will also tell you how to forward a port in your modem - reefangel isn't in the list but do a manual entry and it will show you where to put ip addy and port

if it has changed from what you had then change it in portal

you might have a dynamic ip which means this will happen everytime your modem re-connects to the net
i have this issue atm, gotta ring my ISP and change it to static and i wont have this issue
