Problems uploading

Post by Jeepstr455 »

Hi. I've owned a Reef Angel Plus for a while now but I've started having problems uploading recently. At this time, I'm not even trying anything fancy, just using the Wizard. Below is the code I tried uploading and the error I received. I had the error on OS X and WIN 7. Any ideas?

I'm assuming you have RA+, right?
Does it happen everytime?

I do have the RA+ and it happens every time on both my Mac OS X and Windows 7 computers. It worked fine for a year and then when I tried make some changes the other day, it started giving me problems.

It could be two things: USB cable or head unit.
PM me if you would like to send it back for analysis.

The forum will not let me PM. I would like to send it in but need the details on what to ship, where to ship, any costs, etc.
