PH probe/RA client conflicts

Hi all - I have been getting emails from RA client stating my PH is at 4.84 or other various numbers but when I go to the head unit or RA client the chart or the grid never actually records that number. Also when I use my test kit it is around 8.2.

Should I try re calibrating? not sure because most of the time it reads correctly. any thoughts?
