uploading new program

Hi I have created a new program with the wizard but it gives me a error "an error has occured please try again".
my unit has been working fine.
Could it be that I am using a windows 8 OS?

Make sure you have the correct board and serial port selected on menu Tools->Board and Tools->Serial Port

Hi I did just that his morning all seemed fine but then it said memory updated you can now upload but it gives me an error when I close it it tells me the file is to big. What do I do

You need to reduce the code size or upgrade to an RA+, which has a lot of memory.
