WIFI not forwarding

Okay so I am having problems with my router forwarding my wifi. So I have Century Link and there router and I can't figure out how to get my router to forward the info so I can use it on the App. I can use the app when I am home but not when I am away. I had Steve help me as much as he could and he has helped so much but the Century Link router is weird. I am not very good with the tech terms and need it explained at a low tech level please.

If steve couldnt get you past, i would recommend calling century link and telling them you need:

Tcp port 2000 forwarded to the ip address of your reefangel.
