New hookup

So I just bought a used RA unit and am preparing to setup. My computer power supply at home died and I never use the thing so I haven't gotten it fixed. Debating on just purchasing a tablet since I never use my computer. Will I be able to setup the RA just with a tablet that has a USB connection? Need to setup the wifi controller also.

If it's a Windows 8 (not RT) tablet, probably. An Android tablet would be very, very tricky, it it could be done at all. I don't think you could with a Apple tablet.

If it were me, I'd try to find an inexpensive and/or used Windows laptop and use that (just not a netbook). The RA software doesn't require much power, so even something a little older should work fine.
