I'm try to set up my ato and not sure what I'm doing wrong. I want to use a single float switch. I attached a pic of what I chose in the wizard, the code the wizard generated and where I plugged the float switch into. Hopefully some one can help me figure out what I'm doing wrong

It looks correct. You will want to plug your float switch into the bottom plug (red wires) in your picture there. Your pump needs to be plugged into port4 on your relay box.

How is it not working?

And you really should move your controller...that's a lot of salt creep.
