Ph reading higher than 10.5?

Has anyone been able to get a ph reading higher than 10.5?

I mixed up a kalkwasser slurry in a cup an then put my ph probe into it, and still maxes out at 10.5.

I need to know if it is a software/hardware limitation, or if my RA is bad.

I think it is a hardware limitation.
It has never been tested nor designed to go beyond the calibration fluids outer ranges.
