New style relay on ra+

Post by topjimmy »

I bought a used relay expansion with the new plug types. I set it up with the dip switch to be #2 . It's connected to my expansion hub. Plugged into the wall. It powers on, the ra+ sees it,as does the portal and app. Problem is none of the ports have power. Even if I turn them all on instead of auto. Am I supposed to do something else?

The for sure way to find out is to run the i2cscanner code.
Search on the forums and you will find it.

It is set as Box2.
Is your code using Box2?

Dip switch is one down 2-3 up. I just used the wizard but I can look at the code.

Code referenced box1 for relays that I assigned to be on or off besides the primary box

So you have to either change the id to 1 or change the code to box2
