Uapp Trouble

Post by clw143 »

I have RA+ and the original wifi module. How do I sign into Uapp?

I see in release 3 notes:
- Non cloud users will now use their forum username, and password to add a controller, no longer will you have to type in an IP or Port.

I have not used Uapp before, by the way the manual on the reef angel home page is of date and a few versions old. I tried above with just an arbitrary name and my forum user name and pw, I also tried my IP in the controller name field as well as IP:2000 with no luck.

I have update my code from the Webwizard as well as updated the wifi module firmware. The old android app shows library's at 1.1.4 (previously 1.1.3).

Since you have the original wifi attachment you will need to setup port forwarding have you done this already?

The issue should be fixed now. I missed something during the server migration, If you want to delete your controller from the Uapp and then readd it by logging in the issue should be resolved. Please let me know.
