powerhead setup on Reef Angel

Good Morning All,
I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction for setting up my power heads with the RA. I know that I can adjust the time that they are on in RAGen, but what do those time values mean? there are only two times. How long do they stay on vs how long are they off.

I have 2 of the cheap ocean stream power heads that are currently hooked up to the ocean stream wave maker (NO good), and was wondering if I could get some better functionality on the RA. Does anyone have any good methods developed? My PH are on the back right and left of a 90 gallon tank. They are 1600GPH PH. I have the one on the left pointing slightly down and towards the center of the tank, and one pointing slightly up and toward the center of the tank.

It's symetric waveform.
So, if you choose 10, it will turn on for 10s and turn off for 10s.
