Considering a RA but can it do what i need?

I'm in the build process of a 220g tank and am considering a controller. Right now I run most things seperate like my Hydor wave maker and Bubble Magus dosing pump setup but I also like not having to reset each item when power goes out. Here is what I need out of hte system and would the RA be a good choice.

2 Heaters to be controlled in sump
UV on/ off
2 seperate banks of T5HO lighting
Dimmable moon light (Is the moonlighting you have blue or white I really only want white as this is over a FW setup) Probably need 6 Moonlight mods as the tank is 72" long
Total of 20 outlets some always on most on timers
4-6 dosing pumps
possible wavemaker control (not sure yet if I need to go with them or not)
CO2 control via ph monitoring
Wireless access to my router for outside control

So this is where I will start my looking around and look forward to some replies.

You can do all that, except the moonlights.
Moonlights are blue.
