Hey guys in the process of setting up my RA+ and was wondering what is the best over all ATO pump?
I am thinking toms aqua lifter...any other feedback/thoughts?

Aqualifter is ok for small tanks. I personally haven't really had the best of luck with them.
The best within a reasonable budget is a cole-parmer masterflex peristaltic pump with the classic head for ls-17 tubing.
1rpm for tanks under 40 gallons
3rpm for tanks between 40 and 90 gallons
6rpm for tanks between 90 and 180 gallons.
12rpm for tanks between 180 and 400 gallons.
Larger systems would want to step up tube sizing or go with an adjustable pump.
