Trouble with RA client

I guys,
I have some trouble with my RA and the client.
I wonder to retrive the memory data to change some parameters.
Anyway if I try to retrive them I am returned with the following error

"unable to retive controll memory settings. Refer to error log for more details"

Looking at the log file I found the following:

Value cannot be null.

Can anybody help me?

As additional information I can say that I am not able to read and set the controllor date and time as well

Did you look at this thread?
Especially the last couple posts. There is a new ini file that needs to be applied.

Thanks for the suggestion. Anyway I have loaded the ram ini file, but nothing is changed.
Any other suggestions

Make sure it is the same ini file as your libraries version.
Also, just to be sure, load the InitialInternalMemory code in the example codes folder and then load your code again.

Doyou mean that I have to rebuild the code using the last updated library. Please note that I have uploaded it about two years ago...

What is the version you have in the controller?
Click joystick and go to menu Version.
