water level expansion pipe

What are those orange things called that are on the top of the water level expansion pipe where the 1/4 inch tube goes? Also where can I buy some? This may have been asked before but, can I change the length of the pipe and the 1/4" tube?

I'm not sure what those are or where you can buy them. the length of the pipe and tubing can be any length you need it to be.

You just need a sealed pipe... if you get a pvc pipe that fits into the cap that came with yours you can extend to whatever you want. If you need to replace it completely, you can just drill a hole and seal it with silicone maybe... as long as it's airtight. Maybe roberto can chime in

i have a lot of 3/4" pvc and would like to use it instead of buying 1/2" pvc. if you can't get a 3/4" adapter, then I will probably convert the 1/2" to 3/4" pvc.

You could also use a 1/2" to 3/4" adapter.

I was going to use this adapter but wasn't for certain if there was anything "easier". I think I'm going to try the cap on the 3/4" tube and see how that works for me. I'm only going to use it to monitor the reservoir level.
