Nope. It works in that the PC can see it and interact with it, but it will not upload code in my setup.

First impressions:

Holy crap. This thing has serious power, and yes it is completely silent. I have to keep it on 2 out 6 intensity, or it is too much for the sump/overflow. I'm using maybe 10 watts to pump my tank, and this is the lowest model (Unless the 3000 comes out). That's insane.

I just had a quick thought. Suppose I am running the Jebao WP40s through the pwm ports, and controlling them through the portal. How do I control the DC-6000 from my ATO high port without the portal assigning the WP40 values to it? One of these will end up not being able to be controlled via the por...

Not my pump, but these are GEN 2, just like the new Wavelines. The Speedwaves being sold are still GEN 1.

The DC-6000 basically comes out to $70, and the DC-12000 comes out to $85. It makes the DC-12000 nearly $200 less than the Waveline versions.

They are all the same pump.

The difference is, that waveline dc-6000 is $209, while the Jebao dc-6000 is $70 shipped through a group buy.

First product pic I've seen on the web. Shipping charge is laughable though.

The Jebao KM Pump is not the Speedwave lookalike. A newer model is about to be released called the DC-6000, 9000, and 12000 with the adjustable controller. This version should also work with the Jebao cable for the Reef Angel.

Tried two different ones, still happens on both, and happens under different com ports when you move the BT device to another usb port.

Yep. Bluetooth attachment found, outgoing port listed in Bluetooth settings, device manager, and Arduino IDE. Device is always busy no matter what.

I may need to give up on this and RMA or sell it. I just can't get it to upload. The COM port is always in use on Win8 x64 no matter what I do or what workaround I try.

Ok, I really like this one. Its very close to ELSE and more random.

Can't wait to try it. A good else mode is the only thing missing for the Jebao pumps. ELSE and W1 were the only two modes I used.

Hold off on these. The new SpeedWave/Waveline/Jebao's (DC-6000) are coming in sometime in July. Supposed to have a few upgrades.

Any chance of an update coming to support the Jebao/DC pump library functions in app? i will be adding it at some point because i have one as well. i just have to wait for the libraries to stabilize with the functionality and sending the status. plus i need to get some free time to add it as well. ...
