Re: Wifi Issues.. again
I was trying to get this figured out before I went away, but was not able to. I wouldn't be able to check until my return at the end of the month I know how to log into my router, but how wouldI be able to tell if that is specifically getting an ip?

Re: Wifi Issues.. again
2 things to try is doing a full power reboot, not rebooting from the menu screen if that doesn't work. I suggest try changing the time on the controller to match the current time, then reboot from the controller from the menu screen. Yea I tried both those but no luck. I don't understand why the co...

When I plugged back in, I couldn't get it connected to the app or portal. It is plugged into an ethernet cable. I tried regenerating a new basic code with the wizar...

The portal is showing current date and time under "last update". The Uapp says cloud status is connected, but the time, date, parameters and relays are not updating.

For me it says that it is connected now, but won't update. When I try to turn a relay on it just times out. On my star itself it still says disconnected

Cloud Connection: Disconnected
I had the star running without issue for a while. Two days ago I couldn't connect to the network from the uapp. I tried rebooting the controller, but it still won't connect. I also tried deleting and re entering the forum information on the uapp, but no luck. Please advise!
Thanks,

So the only way to update it would be to plug in directly to the star, correct?

Re: Plus to Star
Thank you. I thought I updated it, but I realized it was not uploading. I plugged the controller into the laptop to upload and it worked. Now if I want to make changes, how do I do the remote upload? In the wizard it will show that it was successful and it may take up to 5 minutes, but it never upda...

Re: Plus to Star
Okay, I had the old relay box with the extension hub as ID1, but I had to change to ID2 to work. Any advice to get the cloud connected? I logged in when I used the web wizard. Even tried changing the password and doing it again. Right now I can only update through wifi on the old Android app. Can't ...

Re: Plus to Star
I have my Star plugged in and set up. The new relay that came with the star is plugged into one of the USB on the Star. One of the old relays is plugged into the relay box with the pin connection, then the relay is plugged into the second USB connection on the Star. On my app it is showing main rela...

I have a RA plus I have been running for years. Everything is great except I constantly have to unplug the wifi and plug it back in to get it to connect. A pain if I am not home and want to check on the tank.. I am intrigued by the star because you can just hard wire the internet connection. My ques...

Re: Multiple Reef Angels
Bummer. If I did home and away, the labels would be wrong for the relays too correct? You gotta set up multiple controller capabilities, then I will have no excuse not to get a second!

BRS dosing pump
Hello,
I bought 2 BRS dosing pumps for Calcium and Alkalinity. On the BRS website it says to connect the pumps to a mechanical relay outlet not a TRIAC outlet. I have a relay and an expansion relay. What outlets can I connect these pumps to?
Thank you,
Steven
