My computer beeps when I plug it in recognizing that it's plugged in but when I try to upload a code the reef angel does not restart and the code on the bottom says it's not in sync

Actually all the USB ports on my laptop are blue and he showed me that when he goes somewhere devices and printer folder clicks fix it the error comes up and says its not compatible with USB 3.0 I remember checking it before but didn't realize it said it wasn't compatible

I'm having problems uploading a new code. A buddy of mine came over this weekend to help and said he thinks it had to do with my laptop have USB 3.0 instead of USB 2.0 I'm pretty confused with what he was saying /trying to explain

Yes that's all correct and I only have one port to choose. I was able to upload the code that I'm currently using by using the wizard when I first set it up but now that I have change lights I wanted to change it and every time I try with the wizard I get an error uploading

Is there anyone anyone willing to call me or that I could call sometime to help me figure out how to use this controller/what I am doing wrong any help would be greatly appreciated

I'm try to set up my ato and not sure what I'm doing wrong. I want to use a single float switch. I attached a pic of what I chose in the wizard, the code the wizard generated and where I plugged the float switch into. How do I update to the new version?

It says an error has occurred please try again. But I figured if I hit generate only instead of generate and upload it will generate the code and then I can click Upload and it works just doesn't work when I hit generate an upload at the end of the wizard
